We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
To be eligible for a return:
The customer must record a clear unboxing video from start to end (without cuts or edits).
The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be processed.
Once we receive and verify the return, our team will review the claim.
If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect usage or installation by customer
Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
Requests without an unboxing video
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
The unboxing video must show:
The shipping label
Sealed package opening
Full product clearly
Edited, blurred, or partial videos will be rejected.
Fidi Auto Merchant Center reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after inspection.
