    Refund policy

    We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The customer must record a clear unboxing video from start to end (without cuts or edits).

    • The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.

    • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

    Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be processed.

    Refund Policy (After Claim Approval)

    • Once we receive and verify the return, our team will review the claim.

    • If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

    Not Eligible for Return / Refund

    Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

    • Change of mind or personal preference

    • Incorrect usage or installation by customer

    • Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

    • Requests without an unboxing video

    • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery

    Important Notes

    • The unboxing video must show:

      • The shipping label

      • Sealed package opening

      • Full product clearly

    • Edited, blurred, or partial videos will be rejected.

    • Fidi Auto Merchant Center reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after inspection.
